These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wecull mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Wecull ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Wecull accounts are for parents and guardians. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and accept these Terms. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child you add to your profile and that you consent to the App's collection and use of that child's information as described in our Privacy Policy. Children use the App only under your supervision and control.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and the PIN protecting your child's device, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for supervising your children's use of the App and for the videos and content you choose to add to their feeds. Notify us promptly at ashbuildsit@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may request deletion of your account, or any child profile, at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may offer paid features through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. The following terms apply to subscriptions:
Except where required by law or the applicable app store's policies, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process it solely to provide and improve the App. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to share it.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
The App relies on third-party services including Supabase (backend), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and the Apple and Google app stores. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
